Diaper and Feeding Chart
Last updated June 11, 2006
When we discovered our firstborn had stopped gaining weight, the first thing our pediatrician and lactation consultant both advised was to keep a detailed log of both the imput and output of our baby.

But even for parents who have not yet encountered such a problem, diaper and feeding charts can offer peace of mind those first few weeks, especially for first-time parents who would like reassurance that their infant is eating and eliminating in a normal manner. Working parents sometimes ask their caregivers to keep similar note in order to remain informed of their newborn’s daily patterns. This chart is clear and concise, and suitable for both breastfeeding and bottlefeeding parents.
